Question F-350 hubs to F-450 hubs

I would like to change my F-350 hubs(8 lugs) to F-450 hubs(10 lugs). I want to put the Ford 19.5 rims on my truck. Can I just change the hubs? I know they make the 19.5 with 8 lugs but I like the look of the 19.5 with the 10 lugs.

They went the opposite direction here: Dana Super 60 High Pinion Front Axle - 4-Wheel & Off-Road Magazine

Spending $$$ on F-450 unit bearings, dually adapters, rotors and calipers seems like the expensive way to go and you still have the rear axle and the possibly wider front to deal with.

Thanks for the info. I like the wider front look. Looking to install the OEM frnder flares when I figure out the way I will go. I think I will see if someone wants to swap alxes also and look for a wreaked F-450.
