Floor mats

The truck in my signature has the stone colored interior. Its a nice color but maybe just a bit light for showing dirt.
I want to put some aftermarket floor mats in (the large ones that cover the entire carpet). I have seen Weatherteks. I can recall some other names from before - Catch-alls, Nifty(?), ??
Can anyone provide me with some feedback? I would like to keep those underneath then maybe put some other mat on top for quick cleaning - some of the ones I had seen before were finished in carpet, then maybe throw a rubber one over top?

Thanks.

Thumbs up Great Floor Liner!

Bigshow,

I purchased Husky brand floor liners. They cover the floor really well and also make a cover for the transmission hump. Check out this link for an example - AZ Truck Accessories | Husky*Custom Fit Floor Liner* . I have the same beige interior and ordered the black color that has faux diamond plate design throughout. I'm very happy with this product and shortly after getting the front area covered I ordered a liner for the rear seating in my crew cab.

Sincerely,
2008 GoldThunder

I believe you want the Nifty Catch-all mats. They're pretty heavy duty and carpeted, but you can still pull them out and power wash them when they get too dirty. I had them on my Z71 and my F150, but my F250 came with the WeatherTechs which I like, but the carpeted ones were better because they hide the sand and small dirt particles better.

X2, I bought these and are great for the wet & mud. I have the same interior color, but made the mistake of getting the stone/tan color and does not match that good. Black would've looked a lot better.

X3 on the WeatherTechs... I bought the FloorLiner™ DigitalFit™ and they fit like a glove front and rear... a little on expensive side, but I feel they are worth it...

I was in at a truck accessory place today - most of the tan colored floor mats have too much yellow in them and they dont match real well. I may try the grey as there is some grey in the dash along the two outside edges. Will try an upholstery shop to see what can be matched up better.

I agree with 2008GoldThunder. Husky Liners are the last ones I'll ever buy. Had them in my, ahem, '99 Ch*vy, and now have them in my '08 F250. Same stone interior and black husky liners. They're great for all-over protection, front and back, and catch just about anything, whether dirt or grime or spilled drinks.

You might try Lloyd's mats. I have them in another vehicle and they are very good well made mats. There not meant for mud and snow.

I like the look and functionality of them in my truck... very easy to clean with the channels leading into "chute" that helps you get the dirt (crumbs, etc) out the door and I can see where it would help channel water our the door as well... Mine on the passenger side sat up a little high, but that was from the way it came in the box... as I let them sit in the truck and as the days got warmer, they just kinda molded in... I have the medium stone interior and the gray color is a little off, but it sorta matches parts of the dash.. Over all I am happy with the purchase.

I got my weathertechs in and they are perfect. Went with the tan and the color is perfect for my rig.

Husky's in my 2008. I went with black one's this time. They really look good with the light tan interior. Yes, and those are Marathon Seat covers if you are wondering.
