Has anyone installed the Ford Tailgate Liner (plastic)

I decided to install a rubber mat in my bed and a factory Ford plastic tailgate liner, at least until I decide what spray in liner I want. Anyway, I was going to order the tailgate liner, but I friend of mine at a dealer gave me one with 8 bolts with shoulders to replace the stock bolts. When they install bedliners in trucks with the factory step in the tailgate they just make a pile of all the tailgate liners that could not be used (that's how I got my freebie) My question is, has anyone actually bought this tailgate liner? If so, was it just the liner and 8 bolts or were there also washers, etc. I just want to make sure I have it all installed properly.
Thanks

Mine was pre-installed, but it looks like theres just the bolts. You can also see that I have Line-X installed in both the bed as well as on the tail gate. The installer removed the tailgate liner, sprayed the tailgate per my request and then reinstalled the liner.

Hey thanks for the pictures. Mine might be a little different since I don't have the built in step. I'm still on the fence about bed protection. I have the rubber mat and plastic tailgate liner for now. I thought about the DualLiner, but I worry about chaffing of the paint. I have had bad experiences with spray ins on my last truck(lack of proper prep) so I might do the Al's Liner which is a DIY product but you spray it and is a two part urethane that doesn't fade. Bottom line.....I don't want someone else touching this truck! LOL!

I hear ya. I actually talked with my local dealer and this is the shop they used for all their Line-X work. I actually got a discount because they told me to mention so-and-so sent me. Been very happy with the results.

Let us know what ya do and how it turns out.
