kmc rockstar wheels with manual hubs

Anyone using the kmc xd rockstar wheels with manual locking hubs? Do you have to take the star off the wheel. Just wondering how well they look and work. If you have pictures please post. Thanks for any input.

if you have small hands you could probably turn the hub without taking off the star center cap

The center caps are held in place by allen bolts which could be removed as needed. Or, you could simply run the wheels without the center caps (which doesn't look all that bad IMO).
