Max tire size with 4.5 lift on '08

What is the tallest tire and width you can run with a 4.5 lift. Manufacturer of the lift (icon) says 35s, but I know you can run 35s with a 2.5 leveling kit.

I have the DR 4.5" lift and 35s. I could easily fit 37s and will next time I need tires.

35's can be run on your truck with no lift at all (check my sig). I'm sure you can run 37's with 4.5".

How bad did it hurt mileage going to the 35s?
