Mud Terrain vs All Terrain

Guys,
New owner of 2008 F-250 here. I traded my 2004 F-150 for it. I was running 35" BFG M/Ts on my F150 and loved the aggressive look but they lost a lot of tread running the streets of Anchorage. I am now browsing the forums looking for pictures of the new superduty to find the right suspension/rim/tire setup. Here's my question, where are all the all terrains running under a lifted superduty? I've literally only seen one picture of a lifted superduty running all terrains, the rest are M/Ts. I definetly love the M/T aggressive look but i'm about to drive from Alaska to North Dakota.

Any pictures? Any recommendations on an aggressive-looking all terrain?
All the lifted superduty trucks from the truck toys gallery are great but 99% of the tires are M/Ts.

Thanks

I personally always run Mud Terrains on all my trucks but one awesome all terrain I would check out is the pro comp extreme a/t. Pictures of them dont do them justice, see if you cant find one in person, they are very beefy for allterrains and I like them better than BFG's because they have a more mud terrain look. They have at least a 40K mile tread warranty on them too, it may be 60k.

I'll go with All Terrain because it's more convenient for me. Although I agree with you that M/Ts really do make your ride look more aggressive.

i have the pro-comp xtreme AT's on my truck and have no complaints. i have about 40k on them right now and should get another 15k to 20k. i have made trips from montana to phoenix, iowa, and boston without any problems. they are cupped slightly right now, but that is because i put about 5k on them with bad ball joints.

I've had both Procomp M/T and Xtreme A/T tires on my custom lifted Nissan Frontier. The M/Ts were 35 inchers, and the A/Ts were 33 inchers. The A/Ts were more quiet than the M/Ts even after about 15k miles, and they (the A/Ts) honestly rode better than the M/Ts. The Xtreme A/Ts were very aggressive looking. If you're not going to hit the trails, I'd strongly recommend the A/Ts over the M/Ts.
