need help please!

hey guys, i want to install a factory nav unit in my 09 350 lariat. ive found a dash unit from an 09 f250 king ranch for a pretty good price, i think, starting bid @ 600 bucks (i still have to bid on it). its just the unit, no gps antenna, not cables. is this a good price?


my truck has:
premium 6 disc cd radio, not the audiophile system as i dont have the sub.
sync system
sirius
steering wheel controls for radio and sync

next, i need to know what else i need to purchase, i know ill need a gps antenna, but what cables or wire harness will i need to purchase to make this compatible?

anyone know how much it would cost if i just went to my dealer to have them install the whole system? im good with electronics and installing things so thats not an issue, just cost. what are your guys opinions? thanks in advance!

I would say thats a bad price. I bought the alpine w505 with nav for a little over 600 bucks. Its way better than the factory unit. check around though, you can find great alpine, kenwood, pioneer etc for great prices. also the wiring will give you a hassle if it doesnt come with them. You can plan on paying an extra hundred bucks for those wires.
