Need rim and tire help

I have an 08 f250 xlt with the stock 265 70 17's with the 8 on 170 pattern on it now.. I am looking to get new rims and tires.. Are the stock wheels hub or lug centric..and does it matter that I have ESOF with the manual override locking hubs on the front wheels. I guess my question is do i need to get "special" rims? Also what is the alittle bit bigger tire on can fit on the stock rims.

I know that you near stock back spacing to run larger tires. Without taking off the wheel and measuring the offset i really can't tell ya how.
