Angry no power(this might be long)

My truck is an 08 f350 with 48,000kms. problem is that truck was in regen, not usually a problem but this time it seem to lack power, floor it and nothing. boost is only 20 max. regen finished and still same thing. i could keep it at 100kms but does not seem to kick down when you floor it. Got to the lease location and shut it off after a few hours i started it up and drove home,(120 kms) truck acted fine. told the dealer and they said they reset a sensor dont know witch one. My dpf was replaced at approx 30,000km and that dealer said they reset the regen process. the truck seemed to regen every 80-100km,the second dealer said when they reset the whatever sensor it shoud regen less often. well it regened after the first 60km,regened for 26 km then didnt again for 400kms,awesome.However before it did it started lacking power again( no umph) boost at 0-10 and bouncingwhen floored, loose speed badly up small hills.regen finished and same **it. I pulled over and shut it off for couple mins at started it up everythings fine. leave the next day to go home and after approx 400 km from last regen it cleans again (fine)but all the previus problems again.*&^%^&*(*^$#%^&*& pull over shut off start up and everything good again only now i got the check engine light. So the only good part is i can shut down and clear it up so i can get home but somethings wrong i guessing electrical if i can (reset) the problem by shutting off and resarting. I will phone the dealer on tuesdayhopefully they can get it fixed by friday as i have to go on a 800km trip to nisku and cant miss it. anyways any responses would be great.(weh that was long, sorry).

well, truck is going into limp mode I would say, and then that limits the power. Sounds to me like they need to relook at your sensors for the DPF and look over the EGR. Something in there is causing it go into limp mode.

If could. I had the same thing happen just after I bought my truck. It was a bad TCM. But I would shut it off and then it would be ok till we could figure it out.

well its update time. the dealer said they gave it the 09-18-15 flash which adresses the lack of power an acceleration issue then told me that one of the codes they got was p0087,they wanted to change fuel filters before going any further. i told them they changed approx 10,000kms ago. they phone back and tell me they checked them and the were black and lots of grit,so they had to change them. i go in this morning and they charge me 465.00 because this seem to clear all codes and they arent warranting the diagnostic time. JUST FRICKING LOVELY. truck has better boost but still not like before all this and its still not got the umph it used to.
