Some quick qestions about a f350 2008

The model that I have doesn't come with keyless entry which makes no sense to me. I mean a 8k foreign car does but this 50k truck doesn't. I want to get it installed but while I am at it I thought about remote start as well. What options do I have for this would it just be best to get an alarm with these options?

Also why when I lock my doors and shut them do the parking lights flash?

You have to have ordered the advanced security group to get the fob. I would go aftermarket alarm with starter since you have power locks. I have the forst installed starter and found it on ebay for cheap but no one would install it for under $400 and the alarm cost me $120 shipped. I paid $400 installed for my code alarm in my 05. I wanted the ford because it offers accessories like windows and such but the installer couldn't figure it out. Go figure.

Yeah I really don't care too much about the alarm just didn't realize how much a pain in the ass it is when you don't have key less entry? Ford wanted to send me to some after market guy that installs things like that for him but he wanted like 400 just for key less entry.
