Exclamation Only 3.55 for Fleet

While it is possible customer orders MIGHT still be able to get 3.73....Fleet orders will only have one gear option with SRW 17/18" tires and that is 3.55. We got a email direct from Ford stating the following....."Based upon earlier discussions with engineering, and communications that have been sent out, the new 3.55 axle ratio, combined with the new 6.4L Powerstroke diesel will result in IMPROVED fuel economy with NO degradation in performance/towing capacity.

They specifically mentioned these changes superseed the December Order guide.

We are stuck with 3.55. I hope they work out.

No kidding the result will be improved fuel economy. I think it's comical that this is the bandaid. The next thing we'll see on job 4 trucks is a drop to 250 HP and an increase of 2 mpg!
