Aux Heat

Hello, are dual alternators required for the auxiliary heat option in job 3? I have a dealer stating such.

No they are not required. However it IS required that you either have the duals or the heavy duty alternator. So yes, but at the same time no.

You won't regret getting the aux heat. I had no idea how well it would work when I ordered mine. I sure am glad I took a chance because it works great at warming the cabin, not to mention the fast windshield defroast.
