I would. You would be getting a rear stabilizer and rear add-a-leaf. When in combination, helps keep your truck from sagging and swaying. Ofcourse you can add these 2 things later if truck doesn't have them. I have the stabilizer package and will be adding rear airbags w/compressor as well.
