One more axle ratio question

I have decided on the 4.30's for my V10. However, I was wondering what the rpms at 70 will be. Also will the engine be noticeably louder in the cab compared to the 4.10's? I think it's only about 125 rpm difference so I doubt it will make much difference.......but I'm thinking of long trips with the wife......
Also does the snow plow prep package raise the GVWR at all? Also how much does it raise the front end of a 250?
I went to the dealer yesterday and got it mostly figured out......but then....more choices! LOL!

i have 4.30's and 275\70\18 which is about 33.3 inch tire, my rpms at 63 mph is 2000 im not sure about 70 not to much more than that though, i remember 2000 because that is the peak hp and torque range for the 6.4 diesel. hope that helps a little.

I just reread and saw you are looking at a v10 so i doubt the 2 different motors spin the same rpm.. .
