Dave, for some reason the pin# you supplied didn't work. The dealership called today (8/12) and said that it wasn't valid. I purchased the truck on 8/3 and why they waited until today to do the paperwork is beyond me. If you have any advice, let me know. Thanks, Bill.

The PIN by itself won't work. It has to be issued by a Ford employee to your name and tied to your SSAN. Did you go through that process to get the PIN?
Thanks for the info, Smokey. Another member was kind enough to help me out with a pin #. As far as I know, the number has gone through. I will know more next week. Thanks to everyone here on TheDieselStop. This has always been a very informational, helpful and awesome site. I'm not sure where I'm going to go now that I no longer have my Powerstroke. I was looking into buying with x-plan, my neice works for a big parts supplier and got on the ford partner site. under rules on Ford's site it says 2 x-plan pin #'s per year
and you have to work for the company or be a relative living in the same household. Farther down it says the dealer has to verify with a pay stub from the company or a drivers license to prove you live in the same house hold before you take delivery.
Has it always said this or have they changed the rules
