Best price for F250 V10

I'm looking at a F250 Supercab 4X4 V10 with the 60th Anniversary package. The MSRP is 42,500; Ford is offering a 4500 rebate plus a $1000 rebate for FMCC. The dealer has had this on their lot since early spring; I'm thinking of offering him 30K for it. Any opinions on if this is to low or high?

Thanks for your help,

Mike

Even $30k seems a little too high. Why don't you let him give you a number, then tell him what you had in mind?

I stopped by there a few weeks ago; the salesmen gave me a price of 35K which was basically all the rebates and sales incentives at the time. I did not make an offer on it then; of course he told me it's the 60th Anniversary edition and they would not get anymore of them, I suppose he thinks that makes it more valuable.
I know the profit margin is high on these trucks but I was not sure how much they have to play with.

Thanks,

Mike

Just get an X plan pin number and get the best price plus incentives, it's a no-brainer.

I'm not certain you need an X-plan pin for these Super Duties. Call Bobby Williams at Sunrise Ford. He'll set you straight and get you the same truck if not a better one.
