F-250 V10 King Ranch 4x4 LB - Picked it up last week. From the time I ordered until I picked it up it was less than 4 weeks. More pics in my gallery, none of the inside just yet.
Haven't seen one on the road like it. Line-x coming next week and ordering my camper top this weekend. Tint will be done as soon as I get the camper top.

Thanks for all the complements. I've always been a "Black car" kind of guy but this color does so much better with the dirt. The truck in the pics had been driven in rain for the last few days and it hardly shows.
Love the truck and just ordered my ARE topper this weekend.

Its a work in progress: 2001 Ford F-250 7.3 Powerstroke 50,000 miles. 12,000 Miles since November. Have big dreams for this truck. LT305/75R16 mickey thompson mtx, Sirius satelite radio, Muffler Delete with 6 inch tip at a 45 out the back. KC Slim Lite Off Road lights. Bumper Guard. 2 10" subs with Alpine deck. Garmin GPS.
I love that color, but dont like the way the seats and all are in a KR. Ford says I cant order one that color, unless I get a KR.
Not true at all.... You can pick the dark copper color on the Lariat model without the KR option. check out the website, I just built one to double check and I didn't have the KR option.

I just tried it a few times and I'm 99% sure you have to get the King Ranch if you want the Dark Copper. When I built it on the ford website it either automatically changed me to the King Ranch, or it selected the dark red instead.
I have seen a maroon like color that looks close but it isn't the same as the Dark Copper.
BTW I love the Dark Copper, even when it's dirty it still looks pretty good!!
Only have about 300 miles on it and I'm happy so far. (it's a weekend driver only) The option for hanging folders in the console don't work at all and that's frustrating the hell out of me, but I love the truck!!

It's a website glitch. The dark copper is only available on the King Ranch. If youbuild a Lariat , it should automatically tell you that making the Dark Copper color selection change your price from "X" to "X+$4,300" (don't quote me on the KR adder).

Yeah that's what i thought. It didn't change nothing. Stupid website. Sorry for the mistake thought it was a new option or somthing. Although that would be a sweet color without the option.
