I am looking for a locking gas cap for a 08 gas engine.changed the neck on the filler I tryed my old cap and the" fuel cap off "light came on the dash. Any help appreciated.

Are you talking about diesels or gas? I don't have a locking cap on my new gasser, but it is the same as the older gas models like F-150 and Expeditions. I'm sure it will work. Don't know about diesel caps as I have not looked at them.

it's a gasser, has no listing for it and the parts stores tell me they don't have it.I will lookat the expedition / f150 and see if it is the same as mine ???
