I thought they would be painted on a Lariat, but they will be painted before I get it from the dealer. The box under the rear seat is the subwoofer. It has the audiophile stereo system. And the body should start being installed early next week. It should be all done about the end of this month, or first week of next month.

I've listened to it already, I think it's pretty good. I don't think I'll change anything. It's pretty close to the Pioneer system in my 05 with Polk & Kenwood speakers, and bazooka tube.

Very nice truck! and i dont even like red. Glad to see someone saving their 6k and buyin the 10. How much is the V10 as an option or is standard on 450&550?

V10 is standard on the 350 Dually chassis, and all 450-550's. The truck is still costing me over $85,000 even with the V10.

NICE LOOKING TRUCK. i wish they would have changed the wood accent to the metal look ones as for me it goes better with the black.
anyone know about the radiator size of the v10?? is it the same radiator as diesel or is it smaller? i am really on the fence here, even asked the dealer to hold my order until i decide. I am confident the v10 will do the job, but I think I will need the 4.30 gears to do it. then empty highway, i really do not see any better than 9 when going 75. i get just a tad better with my 450 right now, and the fuel costs more, but the power my truck has is real good. i have driven quite a few gas motor homes with the v10, and the power was acceptable for the size of the unit, mileage was bad.
i just don't want to get a truck that will get 5 pulling my load, and 9 highway with just ok power to save a little money.
