Is the stock exhaust piping stainless steel?

Hey all, I have a 08' f250 with the 5.4 v8. Is the stock pipe stainless? I want to do and exhaust on it but the only one i have found is from flowmaster and it's aluminzed and i dont really like that idea. If the stock pipe is stainless i would have my local exhaust shop just cut the stock muffler out and weld in a borla and a nice tip. If the stock pipe is aluminzed as well i would have the shop bend me up a custom all stainless system. i would rather buy a factory made exhaust but since no one makes them i'd go that route. I have seen a few exhausts the shop has done and they are done really well, so i'd be comfortable with them. Can anyone throw me a bone?

Stock exhaust system on a diesel is stainless steel. But I don't know about on a 5.4L. So I'll move this to the Gas engines forum where someone probably knows for sure.

Don't waste your money on the Flowmaster, I did. Its the same pipe as the stock pipe and my old chrome tip even looked better. Just go get a Flowmaster muffler installed. With the Flowmaster, K&N filter,3.73 gears,4x4 crewcab my mileage stays at 13.8mpg. I drive 50/50 and sometimes idle 30 min per tank . The best all highway I ever got at 55mph was 16mpg, every 5 mph increase it drops 1mpg
