I've been reading lots of posts on the V10 and it sounds like a great motor. With all the emissions junk on the newer diesels, I think I may just go with the V10.
I have read that the V10 will be replaced with a big V8 in a year or two. Any truth to that rumor?
Don't know about the new engine, but I know you'll be 100% happy with the V10. It's sweet: low maintenance, good smooth quiet power, relatively good mileage. I've had three V10's, a 6.0 PSD, and a 6.4 PSD, and I look forward to getting another V10.
