Got my baby back in NC

Hey guys. Just wanted to introduce myself. Name's Nathan and I just got my 1994 F-350 back from a buddy. I had sold it to him last year to fund schooling to get my CDL's. We agreed that he would buy it under the stipulation that once I got back on my feet with truck driving, I could purchase it back from him. I bought the truck about 3 or 4 years ago with 160K miles on it and used it to haul around many an IH Scout. That's basically what I was doing at the time to make ends meet - Scout salvaging. I never had any spare change to throw at it since I was busy trying to keep afloat. Anyways, I won't bore you with anymore. I got her back 2 weekends ago and want to pursue some upgrades - one at a time.
Here's a pic (with a Scout that I was delivering - obviously):

It's a 1994 F-350 Crewcab with the DI turbodiesel, 5 speed, 4.10's, 4x4. My buddy put a different air intake kit on it while he had it, along with some aluminum diff covers, and Warn Premium manual hubs. I want to squeeze some more juice out of her, so will be searching for goodies to put on her. I have to admit, that since I've had the rig, I didn't do much research on upgrades - I will definitely be searching the site and looking at different mags for ideas. Any other ideas that you guys can throw at me will be welcome as well. Look forward to spending some quality time on the board. Later on.
Nate in NC
