Hi Everyone, I just want to say Hello on my first post. Im from Las Vegas. I own a Lifted with 37" tires 2004 ford F150. I get about 10 miles per gallons.. Anyway is there a cheap and easy way to convert my 5.4 gas hug to diesel? or do I have trade the truck for an F 250. Im just trying to see if it can be done or cheaper than trading my truck. I like my truck but I almost cant afford to drive the beast.... Thanks Luisv
