How Ya all doing...great I hope!
Been lurking around some different sites and & ran into one a member that pointed me here to this site, thanks Farmfuel
I purchased my first ever diesel 1990 7.3 bone stock F250 about 2 months ago. So far this has been a real good experience except for the recent spike (now at 3.89 gal here in ILL diesel cost). The truck runs great, bought it cheap, dynno how many miles are on it, still testing the water so to say with it. It pulls my 18' enclosed car trailer like nothing, makes a bit of racket, but nothing out of the norm so I'm told.
I am looking at running some kind of WVO blend or something Bio or what ever to attempt & combat the high fuel cost, sure would hate to fudge it up though, jury is still out & I'm searching for more info before I attempt anything.
I drive about 450 miles a week to work, so I'm either going to have to move to the city (NOT) or find me a way to get my fuel cost down. I ride a motorcycle weather permitting, I won't ride if it's <40F, I know dam fair weather rider
Thanks in advance for your support, shucks maybe someday I will even be able to give some back.
Best Regards,
