Welcome to the TDS! Your question would be best answered in the IDI section for 6.9 and the 7.3 engines. But to answer your question, you may need replace your return fuel line that goes from the back of the engine on the drivers side. Remove your air filter and you will see it. It comes off the metal pipe that runs from your IP pump to the rear of the motor on top of the engine, drivers side. Also, you may need new injector return lines, injector caps, injector O rings or your IP may be wore out. Do your injector T caps leak, does your IP weap fuel from the bottom weap hole? Just a couple things to look at. It maybe that the rubber line needs to be fixed or replaced. Try the 6.9 section those guys are great help!
