I thought I'd check out this site to ask some advice on a 1975 F350 I'm about to buy. She has a 390 in line gas engine and we'd like to put in a rebuilt diesel/greaser engine. we want to make our own fuel too. anyone know about this type of conversion? hope so, cause this truck is really great. Thanks for your help,

so, too much of a project for a 2500$ truck w/ about 5 grand in a sweet dump bed/ huge winch/ and nice big locking box? I've done a little work on this truck before(like a starter), but not replacing anything too complicated. I'm a total beginner and want a good project, but not a sinkhole.
