Hi from Mexico

Hola, New member from Baja Sur Mexico. Recently acquired 2001 E450 super duty PSD 7.3 ltr. Picked 'er up North of the border in May and was shocked at diesel fuel prices. The six or seven hundred miles to the border couldn't have gone by any faster between fuel stops. That is, too much money at the pumps. But I sure do luv this bus. Guess I hadn't had her cool enough to notice the cold start problems till getting back home. This forum has been an invaluable tool for me. Lead me to buy and replace the 8 GPs and now I'm looking hard at the GPR. Reckon next Northbound trip will find a GPR and get 'er in.

The trip south made me realize I needed more fuel capacity so I added 105 gallon tank to the 55 she already had. Should give me a couple thousand mile range North of the border without the 5 buck bend over and giggle dance. Each Northbound trip being to move patients and medical equipment to free clinics means saving money is a must. Thanks for all the help in that end on this forum.
