How do? from New Mexico!

Mike from Grants NM checking in and reporting for duty. Looks like lots of great info on the site here, and how can you not like a site packed full of FORD truck nuts?

My daily driver is a 99 F250 PSD extended cab 4X4. Pretty much stock as far as mods go (for now). Bought it new in August of 08.

My project/play truck is a 71 F250 4X4. Bought it in 89. Sold it in 98 when I bought the super duty. Bought it back about 2 yrs ago & am in the process of "fixin her up".

Anyways, wanted to say hello to everyone.

Mike

Actually not a typo. This was the 3rd 99 SD to hit the dealership that year. You know they keep introducing the new models earlier and earlier all the time. Anyways August is my birthday and thought a new truck would be a great present to myself.

Welcome.

I do admit that the "9" and the "0" can easily get mixed up there since they're real close to each other.

So you've had it since....aug of 1998.
Congrats. I wish I would've purchased 1 new. Believe me, If I could find a new one today sittin on a lot for same price as they were 10 years ago, I'd buy it.

I can relate to that. When I bought the truck, I can remember thinking that I couldn't ever tell my dad how much I paid for the truck though. I knew I'd get the "that's 3 times what I paid for my house" talk again LOL

DUH just read my 1st post again, bought the truck in august of 98.
