Hey guys, first time onto the new site, looks outstanding as for the content, well that speaks for it self. Anyway as I said this is my first time onthe new site and I was just reading a post that was redirected to another area and when I clicked the link it said I did not have permission to go there. Is there something I need to update to get my regular membership staus back? As always, thanks in advance for any and all info.

That post you saw that was redirected was probably one that went to "moderated threads" (deleted) that only moderators and admins can see. Whoever moved it probably forgot and left a redirect behind (could have been me or any of the other moderators). We're still learning the ropes here.

If you had a membership on the old site, your account should be the same here. The only "gotcha" is that the transfer to this software only picked up login names, not display names, so if you had a display name in your old account, it didn't come along. You just need to remember your login name and old password. If you want your login name changed to what your display name was on the old system, you'll have to PM one of the Admins (Dascrow or El Calor), who can change it for you.
