So after signing up how long does it take before the changes go into effect?

Since the service utilizes paypal, it is usually instant. However, if you elect to pay by eCheck or any other paypal payment method that takes multiple days to clear, your account will not be upgraded until paypal acknowledges the funds have "cleared".

Most people use credit card via paypal however, which is instant.

I see your first attempt was an eCheck - then a subsequent attempt which failed for an unknown reason. I'm investigating it at this time. It may be the fact that you tried with an echeck and then a separate payment right after that.

I manually approved the account but upon investigation, it is an eCheck payment which will take a few days to clear so I had to remove the option or you would have been added twice to the system. Uncleared (Expected Clearing Date: Mar. 7, 2008)
