wanting to learn in TX

Hello all, I am obviously new to the stop. I have been around diesels quite a bit through work, but had never owned one of my own till a year ago. Now I have 2:
2003 F350 Dually 4x4 6.0L and
2002 7.3 L Excursion
Just from what little PM I have attempted it is apparent that I need to learn a great deal about 2 different diesel engines. Any tips or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to TDS!
You should go to youtube.com and type in 6.0vs7.3. It is a six part series a mechanic has posted summing up all the general type info. about the 2 engines. They are not a "which is better" video, but a comparison on whats differnent and the same as they have evolved. I think you will learn volumes of useful info. about your trucks, I know I did. Also the vidoes and this site will tell you about a lot of common problems with your trucks and how to help avoid them.
