What links are ok to post?

I found a guy on ebay selling a product cheaper than most everyone else. mostly because his description is a little off. I am not the seller.
I was wondering if it's ok to post a link so the members can take advantage of this guy's deal.

We don't usually allow links to e-bay ads. You probably won't get squashed if you post that you saw this good deal on e-bay, but don't post the actual link. About the only links we prohibit is to competing websites - most of which were begun to steal business from TheDieselStop. And to "for sale" ads such as e-bay or Craig's List, etc. We have a classified ads section right here on TheDieselStop, and we have a number of sponsors who pay the big bucks to keep this website free and available for your use and enjoyment.

Understood. I just wanted to make sure I don't step on any toes. I'll just post what they should search for and let them find it.

Good point. I've looked at that logo a hundred times and I guess I didn't comprehend it was there.

But now that I think about it, it is probably this situation. It's okay to send someone to ebay to search themselves but not okay to send them by direct link to a specific seller because other sponsors on this website may also have items on ebay.

Seems kind of weird to me. You could put in a thread an ebay item number then say to use the dieselstop.com logo ebay search.
