Do I need a re-burn??

Hey There,
Got an F5 from you back in December with stock,80econo, 40,60,80 tows.
Since then I've added an ATS intercooler to try and get the temps down some. Is there anything that Jodie may need to change because of the IC?
Also, thinking of beefing up the transmission for towing. Any changes needed after that change?

Thanks!!
