Lope Idle

I ordered my tuner with lope idle and was hoping for some smoke... I had seen a video about a year ago - Lope Idle - Smoking.... Got mine, and you can hear that the engine changes it's idle - But no smoke.... Is it something with the setup of my van - the tuner or am I doing something wrong?

Not that lope is important - But I kinda ordered it for fun - Hoping I can get something sorted out :P

Lope idle and smoke/lope are two different tunes. Smoke lope is best achieved with live tuning. Although it can be done with certain codes easily without live tuning because Jody has already live tuned those trucks.

Smoke lope as well as lope Idle will act differently from one truck to another.

I'm only a month late on this, but I had the same thing with my lope smoke. Jody e-mailed me new tunes twice and finally got it to where it would smoke some, but not much. Every truck is different and because of that, like Diane said, sometimes you have to use live tuning to get exactly what you want.
