So, tell me again why FF has their own forum?

Two posts, both over a month old (I specifically waited exactly one month for my post) with questions for FF and no one has answered.

So why does FF bother to have a forum here if they're not going to a) read it or b) answer any questions?

these vendor forums are more to do with hi welcome to dieseltop for some vendors...
others reply quicker..others just cruise the main forums.
