Excellent customer service!!

Spoke with Jay about an intake that I had and the issues surrounding it. He fixed me up with the "new style" for an unbeatable price!!

He told me the new style is far superior to the old one, and I promised him I would give him my feedback after I get it and "put it to the test". I will also leave feedback here as well.

The intakes I am referring to are the Stage I and Stage II for the 99-03 PSD's w/the 7.3l engine. I had the old style and was very dissatisfied with several things on it and Jay assured me those issues were corrected with the new style as well as some that I didnt even know about.

So, for this thread, I can say that S&B has some premier customer service and I will start another thread when I receive/install/test the new style intake. Keep checking back.
