NEW! F-150 & Super Duty Employee Pricing Program June 3rd - 30th

OVERVIEW
Ford Division is announcing the Employee Pricing program, a National program that offers all customers the same great discount that our employees receive on F-150 & Super Duty (through F-350, excluding chassis & Harley models). This offer will be available at participating dealerships from June 3, 2008 through June 30, 2008.

PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Employee Pricing program is completely voluntary. Dealers choosing to participate in the program agree to offer all eligible customers a special maximum vehicle price (equal to A-Plan price less applicable incentives) when they purchase or lease an eligible Ford F-150 or Super Duty (through F-350, excluding chassis & Harley models).

ELIGIBLE VEHICLES AND DELIVERY TYPES
All new 2008-Model F-150 & Super Duty (through F-350, excluding chassis & Harley models).
Eligible delivery types are Retail (0), Minor Fleet (E), Flex Buy (Z), Red Carpet Lease (R), and Individual Lease (6).
Rule of 10 applies
Ford Motor Company/Dealership employees and Ford Motor Company retirees are eligible for either the Employee Pricing or the A/Z-Plan New Vehicle Purchase program. Employees choosing to purchase under the Employee Pricing program are not required to generate and use a PIN. A/Z-Plan delivery types utilizing a PIN are required to follow the A/Z-Plan New Vehicle Purchase guidelines.

PROGRAM DATES
Retail deliveries of eligible vehicles from June 3, 2008 through June 30, 2008 are eligible for the Employee Pricing.

DOCUMENT FEES
Dealers will be permitted to assess document fees on each delivery to an eligible purchaser under the terms of this program, unless otherwise provided by state or local laws or regulations. Each dealer is responsible for complying with applicable laws or regulations.
