Have been towing with one since 2005. There is absolutely no comparison between friction sway or the dual cam setups. This thing is solid and makes the trailer track perfectly under any condition.

Be careful.....

I have a used Hensley I bought on Ebay and tow a Warrior 30 ft toy hauler cross country 2 times a year. Be sure to watch the receiver around the square hole where the hitch plugs in since it will crack in the corners over time. I spoke with the factory and was told this was common and they have actually had hitches that peeled open after time. As for warrantee ? You have to be the original owner or too bad. I am convinced that this hitch is the best for what it does but not happy with the factory blowing me off with an know problem and possibly a safety issue just because I am not the original owner. If they are confident about their product than they should stand behind it if there is an engineering issue regardless of who owns it.

Thanks for all the great comments. The reason we require owners of used hitches to buy a warranty is that we have no way of knowing what the unit has been put through with previous owners. If the hitch is before a certain serial number, we don't even offer the warranty. Buying a used product is always risky, as anyone who has bought a used car (or house, for that matter) can tell you.

It always bothers me when I see negative comments, because I truly believe in this product. I'd own a 5th wheel if it weren't for the Arrow. Chances are I wouldn't tow at all. I know, however, that any mechanical product can fail. We build them solid and there are units out there with over a million towing miles on them that look as good as new.

You'll notice we also provide TrailerSaver 5th wheel hitches. We bought them about two years ago to expand our line. TS has an outstanding reputation and is used by many of the medium duty truck builders.

As always, feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions at all. I see a lot in this business and am a pretty decent source of info sometimes.
