Off road

Has anyone built one of these trucks for off roading. I was thinking about it i got a 2000 f250 PSD supercab shortbox. Was wondering what tire size did you use and is it still drivable on the road with a decent tuner. Anyways was just wondering how it is wheeling a fullsize vehicle i've only wheeled jeeps.
