rock crawler

I bought a roll-over 05 F-250 and I'm building a rock crawler. I wondered if anyone can give me info on deleting the cat and egr system? Will I cause any harm to the engine? Will I need to change anything in the program? Thanks, Mike

2001 F-350 super cab, single rear wheel, 4x4, 7.3 manual tranny, westin step tubes, AFE Magnum Force filter, Diesel Innovations 6 position chip, Wicked Wheel, A-pillar pod with Dipricol EGT and Boost gauges factory exaust with muffler removed(straight piped],turbo boost pressure relief valve.
