Just got the word that my daughter and son's track team won our state track championship. I am really bummed I could not be there, none the less, I am pumped for them, you could hear the emotion on the cell.............rock on........

He is in good spirits, I talked to him, he is still on Tylenol 3 which has codine in it so I want him off it as soon as possible. They are all having a real good time on the way back home 174 miles. The only reason I am still up is that I will not go down until the wife calls and is home. I am an hour ahead of them now, and have an early flight out. So it goes.................
