My son received top honors from the Area 7 Commander at year end inspection.
Area 7 Commander, CMDR Dirk Hebert, USN, gave my son the top honors year end, of his unit (100 cadets) for personal appearance and dedication to the unit yesterday. He nicknamed him "The Tinman" for heart, brought tears to my eyes. My son says that if he makes Navy Aviation, he'll use the call sign "Tinman" How cool is that!
