Ten Years Here With Clifford

Today marks about the ten tear anniversary that I began perusing the forum here. A lot has changed.

The research I did here, even before joining in April of 1999, and becoming member #129, guided me to buy my 99 F250, or "Clifford" the big red truck.

We have had so many good times, camping, hunting, hauling campers, trailers, boats......4-wheeling, getting stuck.......hauling my kids from babies to darn near teens.

I kept him maintained, oil every 3K, wash and wax, K&N cleaning for deep breaths at full throttle......he's never let me down....ever.

I sold Clifford tonight.

I cried, my kids cried and my wife cried. Our dog wimpered as the new owner drove Clifford down the road and into the sunset. He was such a beautiful machine.....and we loved him, and always will.

Now we move on, put good memories ahead of the pain, and move on......


And while they cope.........


I'll be parking the LOADED 2004 F250 Crew Cab 4WD Lariat 6.0PSD w/ 23K miles where Clifford once slept.
