Bob can probably set you up with everything. The fuel bowl removal and reseal is easy, just follow Bob's instructions available online. The worst o-ring to do on the bowl is the regulator bottom plate. Cheers!

Part 2: My message was too long! Since I also have the parts, I may also replace the up-pipe donuts, and the rear fuel line seals at each head. DieselORings has good pricing , good service (I've gotten a bunch of my seals and such from them and I'll probably get the pump there too), and has all the various parts/pieces. Cheers again!

Hi Glen! I've never replaced the pump on my 97 Cali yet, but I need to. I did it numerous times on my old 94. The 97 Cali's have the same pump, but the fuel line/banjo assembly is longer on our trucks. It also has the disk-shaped pulse damper attached to it. The banjo bolt is way at the back and I don't see how you can remove the banjo bolt with the turbo in the way. I've read where some guys say that it can be done without removing the turbo, but I can't see it. Maybe some sort of special wrench can be fabricated (I haven't looked that hard yet). My plan was to remove the turbo, which is a pain-in-the-neck. When I do mine, I plan to replace the pump, the damper and it's seal, the banjo washers, the turbo pedestal O-rings (both turbo-to-pedestal and block-to-pedestal), turbo collector-to-turbo gasket. Cheers!
