Having problems towing, my Travel Trailer weighs almost 7000lbs. The truck is stock except for a 4" exhaust and I have not gages. On my way home from a trip the hills were really dogging it out and seems to be making a noise in the Turbo area at 65mph 1800-2000 rpms, off the hills it seems to be ok. Not burning any oil temp is normal. Any ideas? 1996 F350 7.3 PSD 4X4 LB CC XLT.

Opinions please, my truck has been in the body shop for 2 months and has been run very little. Getting the typical rust spots done, new front fenders, rear quaters, cabs corners, and rockers. The last time I was in the shop I notices that the Air Filter Box was off and my concern is all the dust from the shop getting in the Turbo area. I hope to be picking it up in a week or so, was planning on changing the oil and air filter as soon as I pick it up... Man do I miss my truck! Should I have any other concerns?

1996 F350 4x4 CC 8' Bed 4" Exhaust 7.3 PSD 359000 miles

Opinions greatly appreciated- Ive had my truck for about a year now (first diesel) and I felt like it needed a Pep Talk so I installed a 4" Diamond Eye Exhaust System from the Turbo Back and other hearing the Turbo being a little louder I can't realy tell much difference, I'm hoping to see a little better fuel mileage. Its only been a couple days and if had to do it over again I'm not sure I would. Need some feedback please.
