hello fourhatz, i have a 04 int. 4300 with a dt466e 215 hp, lost the rings , put a rebuilt kit in it, runs hot now @215/220 temp. put new fan clutch, checked water pump, took head back off had tested , ck'ed out good, took radiator off and had flushed, when i first start and run for a while it's got plenty of power as soon as you start getting up to 70mph it starts getting hot, and the oil pressure drops to 15lbs , ever had one do this?
