Hi, I'm a newer member and am having the same issue, in the thread you stated, "Are you getting 12 volts at the fss with the key on and while cranking? Ford used a different part of the ignition switch to supply power to the fss during cranking. It could be a $9 part instead of the IP. " on 07-10-2010, 02:37 AM Here is the thread link -

I am having the same issue, as just before your post, the fuel gets to the IP but does not go further. What is the "fss" you mentioned?
When I jump the forward connection on the IP with the positive on the battery, it does click. Do I test this same place while cranking?
