The GTP38R comes with a GT compressor wheel which Garett claims "provides 33% more flow than the stock" - that's standard on all GTP38Rs. I don't know if it is a "Billet" wheel or not, but it's not RiffRaff's or Dieselsite's wheel. Dieselsite sells a ball bearing turbo with their wheel, but it isn't a GTP38R. https://www.dieselsite.com/dieselsit...lacement4.aspx
