Like Oldrebuiltdodge posted and it applies to most any vehicle:
Basically, tighten directly across from the first one, then skip one nut, and tighten the two opposing, then skip one (which should already be tight) and tighten the two opposing, and so on.
And you might check further, I'm almost sure the torque in the chart is wrong, it's something like 110ft.lbs. at the most IIRC.
