Wild turkey?

I grew up on this west Texas farm in he 1940s and 1950s, and I moved back here when I retired 15 years ago. I have never seen a wild turkey - or a domestic turkey either - anywhere near here.

But a few weeks ago a covey of 5 or 6 turkey of some sort has been coming through every day or so. These were caught robbing the wild bird feeding area in our back yard, where usually the quail, dove and redwind blackbirds feed.

Img doesn't work for me in this forum, so click on the following links and tell me if these are probably domestic turkey gone wild, or real wild turkey?

Yes, them are the real wild ones. They are really multiplying here in Western Michigan and we see them all the time.
